You may return an unstitched item after writing to us the reason and getting an approval for the return. The item should not have been used or altered by you. A Shipping charge of minimum 20 USD and Administrative charge/Credit card processing of 10% of the value, will be deducted from the amount payable to you and the balance would be refunded once the item is returned. The shipping cost of sending the item should be borne by you.

No Refund and Returns will be entertained for products that are stitched, however if any alterations are required Fashion Warehouse will do it. The cost of the shipping for sending the product back for alterations should be borne by the customer and the cost of shipping it back to the customer will be borne by Fashion Warehouse. All customer service related issues are handled in Bangalore, India.
